    Question #3 is tricky as the work “necesary” implies that you can’t create automated processes without Call Activities.

      Hello Andres…I read the question again, and I will let our team know so they can review it and make it more clear. You can in fact create automated processes with/without Call Activities, they are important, not necessary. And in this case, it does imply that without them, you cannot create automated processes. Thanks.

  • It is unclear to me why call activities are necessary in an automated process. The opposite statement, “An automated process does not have to include a Call Activity” seems to be true. Can someone clarify?
