Question #3 is tricky as the work “necesary” implies that you can’t create automated processes without Call Activities.
Hello Andres…I read the question again, and I will let our team know so they can review it and make it more clear. You can in fact create automated processes with/without Call Activities, they are important, not necessary. And in this case, it does imply that without them, you cannot create automated processes. Thanks.
It is unclear to me why call activities are necessary in an automated process. The opposite statement, “An automated process does not have to include a Call Activity” seems to be true. Can someone clarify?
Hello… We are going to review this question. You can indeed create automated processes without them, which makes them important and an essential feature, but not necessary. Thank you!
