Hi, I am having issues with automation setup. I’m not able to confirm that the instance was generated using the sale reporting process example as our internet protection policies are blocking the page. I get a ‘no matching records found’ on the workspace page. May you assist please. Regards
Hi Sifelani, I checked the platform and everything is fine. Please try the following:
1) In the Workspace page https://app.heflo.com/Workspace/Home clear all filters at the top of the page.
2) In the free plan there is a limit of 50 work items. If you need to delete your test work items please read https://kb.heflo.com/knowledge-base/tutorial-removing-work-items-testing-process-automation/
3) Review all configuration of the start element and the lane.
